Access to an attachment is blocked
 

I have an e-mail from a known source with an attached zip file. It says: OE
removed access to this unsafe attachment in your mail. I know it's safe. How
do I open it? Or how do I bypass OE's removal?

ToolsOptionsSecurity. Uncheck: "Do not allow attachments................."

It didn't remove it, it blocked it. It's still there. Go to
Tools/Security and untick Do not allow attachments ... and Block images
or other external ... Make sure that Restricted site zone is ticked and
Internet Zone is not ticked.
