Cannot send and receive messages.

Logon window pops up asking to enter username/password when they are already
entered correctly.

thanks for your assisance but the problem isnt retaining password/usernames
they are stored its when I try to send/receive the windowcontinually pops up.

I think it maybe more an issue with OE not recognising my internet connection

You dont know how to fix it, or you wouldnt be asking,
so your opinion aint worth much,
why not try the offered solutions,
since they were offered because,
wait for it,
they have a history of working to solve just your problem
