DBX Files - Automation
Following on from my last post, rather than DBX structure, is there an
outlook express automation component I could use to read my inbox? If so how? I have seen an outlook component, but not an outlook express component. Are they equally good to read a dbx file? Does anyone have any sample code? Dave |

Outlook doesn't used DBX files, it uses PST files. DBX files are unique
to Outlook Express. DBX files are an abomination. Fortunately, they will be going away in Outlook Express replacement in Windows Vista. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Dave" wrote in message ... We sell commercially a component to do it named OEAPI: http://www.nektra.com/products/oeapi/ but if you are thinking to only read mails on OE (and you know C++) you can use our free articles with source code as help. Regards, Sebastian Wain -- http://www.nektra.com |
