accounts in oe6

I have windows xp sp2 with ie7 and oe6. In one of my identities when I make
a new account and then click on properties to rename it and etc it won't
open. So if I close oe and reopen it and click on properities it will let me
open it but it then somehow makes one of my other accounts disappear. How
can I fix this problem? Thanks.
Debbie

How are you making a new account, and what are you changing? A new account
means a new address. It sounds like you are just trying to make changes to
the account you already have.
