Hi Robert & Leona,

Haven't located the readme, yet. It is curious the Help menu includes the
item. The OE6 release notes from the Microsoft KB might be helpful.

I believe that first "e-mail" message comes with the installation.

The message is out of date. It's created as part of the install
procedure, not actually sent via e-mail.

I don't have the readme file either. Perhaps it is/was on the retail
version of Windows.

That article mentions IE6 Readme.txt which is available (sort of eg)
and does have some updated info about OE6sp1:

http://groups.google.com/group/micro...43a9ee647daff8

There is also some info about OE here

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro.../z02ie6rk.mspx

but I haven't been able to find anywhere online which incorporates
all the information from the newer Readme.txt or the OE6sp1 update overview

titleKB331923 - An overview of the Cumulative Update for Outlook Express 6.0 SP1/title
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=331923
