I'm trying to send a very important letter. It appears to be hung up. I see
the hourglass and a note that it's connecting to the postoffice address. The
rest of the screen is white. I can see part of my letter. I can't scroll
the letter in order to rewrite it to a word document. Please help!

I don't think there is anything you can do except to wait it out and see if
control comes back to the system which probably won't happen.

Oh, crumb! That was my worst fear. I wish I could do some sort of
control/alpha to print the letter or scroll. Looks like I'm going to have to
start all over again.

Hang the email message (letter), find out why it happened and fix it.

Please see this page http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm then post back to
this thread with the information we'd need to be able to assist you
properly.
