where is download headers only in outlook express like Microsoft outlook???

But the OP didn't say anything about email.

To download headers only (in newsgroups) right-click on a subscribed
newsgroup, pick "Synchronization Settings", then "Headers Only".

If you don't synchronize and use the Don't Synchronize setting, only the
headers will be downloaded when you enter the newsgroup.

I don't think that Outlook will download headers only.
