printing an e-mail message

By printing an e-mail message I receiver always a Scriptfault-window.
What is the reason and can I correct that?
Please help.

Does this *window* have an error message something like this?

If so, go to Start | Run and type, (or copy/paste):

regsvr32 ole32.dll
