Scanning then nothing

Hi anyone. installed picasa and experienced no problems at all with
scanning, repro or anything. Then suddenly all has changed. The
document starts to scan, the scanner driver window appears then
nothing; it reaches 85% or whatever and that's it. will lock down and
nothing can be closed.

any ideas?

Sorry, but no. It's a Google product, so I would suggest you Google for
support. It has nothing whatsoever to do with Outlook Express and I have
never used it.

Contact Google. Picasa is their product.

I've used Picassa for about 2 years, no such problem with either my HP
or Epson scanners.

If you are well versed in Picasa, then feel free to offer advice to the OP.
Most of us can't help since it is unrelated to Outlook Express, and most of
us never used it.

Bottom line: The OP asked the question in the wrong place to get good
answers.
