How can I fix the problem of receiving emails from a friend of mine that go
directly into the deleted section of oe? I have tried everything I can think
of and still,When he emails me his emails go directly into the deleted
folder.. Thanks

Remove your friends address from either Blocked Senders, or a message rule
which you inadvertently added it to.

Remove his address from Blocked Senders or find & edit the Message Rule
that's filtering his messages to Deleted Items.
