Computer crashed, I lost new message in process...can I find it somewhere?
I was in the middle of a long response to an email when my Win2000 computer
crashed. Is it possible that this response message might be found in a temp file somewhere? If it is, can someone give me some ideas where to look. I'm using OE6. I've glanced through all the tmp files I could think of, but that was completely at random. I would really like to retrieve this message. Thanks for any suggestions... jc |

It's gone. If you are going to compose a long message, save it to Drafts
once you start it and every paragraph, or so, check File | Save, (or Ctrl+S), to save changes up to that point. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express Imperial Beach, CA "jbclem" wrote in message ...
