I assume by: 11/1/2006 to 20/01/2006, you mean 11/1/2005 to 2/1/2006? The
messages are retained on the server for about 90 days. In View | Current
View, do you have Show all messages & Group messages by conversation
checked? If not, check them.

I've try but the message between 11th of Jan, 2006 and 20th of Jan, 2006 is
really disappear, I see one message on 11th of Jan, 2006 and then the next
message is on 20th of Jan, 2006!!
anyway, the message in that period is not really very important to me, I
just feel cursious to ask, and thx for all reply!!
