Occasionally I want to save an email, but not all the gig- eating pictures
attached. Is there a way to do this? Thanks |

If it is only occasionally, you can click Forward, delete the attachment and
the original message info. Ctrl+S will save it to Drafts, where you can move it to your archiving folder. Close Forward without sending. Note that if you do it this way, the date and time will change to when you clicked Forward. The nicest way to remove the attachments without changing anything is with this tool. Thanks Yeah, change email programs and use Thunderbird, http://www.mozilla.com/ As you can see from Bruce's post, with OE, it isn't easy. With Thunderbird, you just remove them. Alias Use the Reply to Sender feature of your news reader program to email me. Utiliza Responder al Remitente para mandarme un mail. |
