Outlook Express error message

I get this error message after I shut down and reboot. If I remove and
reenter my mail accounts it works until I shut down. When I start my pc I get
this message again. Then it is back through the remove reenter process. HELP!

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'POP3.direcway.com',
Server: '127.0.0.1', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Thanks,
Ronald

Turn off e-mail scanning in your anti-virus, (you will still be protected),
and then go to Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Servers and change the
account settings back to what they are supposed to be.
