For some unknown reason every time I send a E-mail from either of my
accounts I get the following error numbers:- 0x800CCC19 AND 0X800CCC)F can
anyone tell me what the errors mean. I am running XP, sp2 and I have not got
any Norton programmes.

Turn off email scanning in your anti-virus. It provides no added
protection.

Error 0x800ccc0d or 0x800ccc0f When Receiving and Sending E-Mail
(talks about Norton AntiVirus but applies to McAfee and others, too)

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled. The latest version of Trend's
anti-virus seems to be causing problems too.
