I have win XP sp2- internet explorer 6 - Java 2Runtime env, Se v1.3.1_02 and
Se v1.4.2_04 and Sev1.4.2_05
Having problems with java . Get message
Line: 152
char: 1
Error: permission denied
Code: 0
If this isn't the site, I would appreciate direction. I can supply more
info.

Uninstall all Sun Java packages via Add/Remove Programs.

Next, navigate to and delete

C:\Program Files\Java =this folder

Then go to http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp and click the link to
download the "Windows (Offline Installation)" package: Save it, do
not run it.

When the download is complete, close the browser and install it.
