Have I any recourse

I created another subfolder and moved all my inbox files into it. Today I
decided to go thru the different messages and delete what I didn't want. Not
paying attention, my folder instead of my message was highlighted when I hit
delete. My complete folder vanished. Why do these sub folders not go to the
deleted bin in Outlook express and the important question, Is there any way I
can get the contents back?

If you want to send identical messages to more than one newsgroup, please
crosspost one message to all the groups. This way if a post is replied to in
one group, it will also be replied to in the other group(s) as well. Thank
you.

Sorry, I didn't know that I can post to different groups from here. Not sure
how to do it. Will have to do some research.
