Does Outlook Express have a spam filtering mechanism or do I have to use a
third party program such as "MailWasher" prior to opening Outlook Express? If not, is Outlook Express going to have one incorporated in one of the updates in the future? Cheers.... |

You need a third party program. There are many. K9, SpamPal, PopFile, etc.
OE relies on Message Rules. The most effective is filtering *in* your mail. Many ISPs also have Spam Filter programs.
