Periodically my e-mails to a friend end up in her Deleted Items folder!
She'll go back into her Blocked Senders list and sure enough, my name is
there. (She does NOT send it there!) She'll remove it and things are OK
for a while; my e-mails go into her Inbox. But after a while, back to
Deleted Items. Any suggestions why this is happening, and/or what she can
do about it? Thanks.

It can't appear in Blocked Senders by itself. There is a *slight* chance
that the registry key for BS is corrupt and the address isn't fully removed,
but I doubt it. To make sure, she can create a new registry key, but all
other Blocked Senders will be eliminated.

1.. In Regedit, navigate to this key:

|--HKEY_CURRENT_USER
|-----Identities
|--------{GUID}
|-----------Software
|--------------Microsoft
|-----------------Outlook Express
|--------------------5.0

where GUID is the Global Unique IDentifier for your Identity.

2.. Under that key, you will find the following sub-keys, among
others:

|-----------------------Block Senders
|-----------------------Rules
|-----------------------Signatures

Select the Block Senders Key and delete it. Blocked Senders will be empty,
but you can rebuild it now.
