unable to read saved email messages
 

i save a lot of email messages to other file folders in XP Home. When I click
on a saves message, it will not open. I triwed to set up a prograsm to read
the file from Folder Options in Control Panel - now when i click on saved
eamil message (eml extension) it opens Outlook Express at whatever message it
was on earlier.

Help!!!

Open Windows Explorer.
Click Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to and select EML.
Click Advanced.
Select open and click Edit.
Make sure the Application used to perform this action is
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /eml:%1
The double quotes are important.
