Transfer message from Outlook

I have both "Outlook Express 6" and "Outlook" installed on my computer. I
have received a message and read it with Outlook. Is it possible to transfer
the message from Outlook to Outlook Express 6 so that I could read it in
Outlook Express 6. The reason I want to do this is because I can trace the
source of a message in more details using "Outlook Express 6".

Transfer message from Outlook

Forward it to yourself as an attachment to a new message, downloading it
into OE instead of OL.
