When I start Outlook Express 6 the usual blue rectangle appears in the
middle of the screen but immediately minimizes itself onto the task bar at the bottom. It opens OK when I click on its minimized button on the taskbar. It is just a nuisance and annoying that I can't solve the problem! I tried making sure it was fully open and then exiting OE but that made no difference. I also tried going to properties and changing the 'Normal window' to 'Maximized' but it makes no difference. I even did a sfc /scannow to see if any of OE had been corrupted. It continues to open and immediately move to the bottom of the screen. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks, Noel |

Right click on the minimized OE on the Taskbar and select Move. Now use the
arrow keys to get it in the screen. Close all other windows except this one and use the cursor to drag the message to full screen size. File | Exit, and Windows will remember the size when you open it again. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express Imperial Beach, CA "Noel S Pamfree" wrote in message ...
