Cannot open picture attachments in OE
XP Home: My wife cannot open jpg. or gif. picture attachments in email she
receives. I have no problem doing so. What can I do to correct this? .....John |

Vincenzo, Thank you for the quick response. We do have Service Pack 2. Wife cannot open images but I can. She is a named User while I am the PC Administrator. I should be having the same problem. ?? What happens when she tries to open an image?
Does she get an error message? Or is there a box with a Red X rather than the image, or is the image file name faded out so that she can't select it? Or what? Are you both using the same or different PCs? If the same PC are you using different Windows logons or the same logon with different Outlook Express identities?
