Double links

When I click a link in an outlook express message I get two of the requested
link. I only click once but I still get two. Its not a major problem just a
minor annoyance. How do I correct this ? I have XP SP2 and IE7

If you use your mouse in a Word document, and you click once, the same
problem?
Perhaps to re-install your mouse software.
