XP My PIctures email feature
When I want to send rather larger jpgs in an email I use the Win XP My
Pictures email feature that allows you to reduce the size of the jpg. After I then type up the email with the jpgs already attached but if I want to just check that I have selected the correct picture by just clicking on the attachment I can't open it up, why? I presumed that as XP had compressed this file for some reason my graphic programme Photoshop Elements Vers 1 could no longer recognize it, (normally it will). But a friend of mine can open theirs with their different graphic programme. I don't want to have to put another programme on, is there a way round this? TIA B.W. |
XP My PIctures email feature
Think I have answered my own question. When I checked on file associations
once again I notice there are two (jpeg and jpg) names for jpeg which I probably didn't notice before. Thanks anyway B.W. "B.W." (drop the xx) wrote in message ...
