Accounts missing from ttol menu
Have uninstalled outlook XP and /migrated/ back to Outlook Express 6
The accounts selection is missing from the tools menu. How do I get it back? |
Accounts missing from ttol menu
What is Outlook XP? Never heard of it. OE6 is the latest version. You
*might* want to look at this, although I have no idea what you did. No Accounts in Tools drop-down box: Go to StartRunType: regedit. Locate this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Outlook Express On the right-hand side of the page, double click: *No modify accts* value. {If this value does not exist, on the Edit menu, click DWORD Value. Type: No modify accts, and press Enter to save the name}. Change the setting of this value from 1 to 0, click OK. That should put it back in the drop-down box. If you have any problems with those instructions, this is a direct registry modification download that will also put it back: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs...modifyundo.reg -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "John" wrote in message ...
