Hi, Is there a way of setting up an automated mail send. I have a
manager who each morning has to perform a task.... Pushing a button on
a master pivot table, to allow information to be viewed by various
engineers. He requires a reminder each morning, so I thought a mail
message to do. I have looked at the rules and they seem basic and one
off. Can I arrange a mail message, say every morning at 8.30 ? Any
suggestions.

Try Outlook instead, OE has no rules for sending.

Outlook has a calendar where you can set up daily reminders and tasks.
