Can a .wab from one XP account be imported to another XP account? Can
one just copy and paste it from one to the other or does one have to use the import feature in OE? Alias -- Use the Reply to Sender feature of your news reader program to email me. Utiliza Responder al Remitente para mandarme un mail. |

I have 4 accounts. One is my primary account that gets new addresses often.
When I want to add them to the other 3 accounts I export the primary AB to My Documents (where I keep a copy all the time) and from each of the other accounts, File | Import | Address Book (wab) and point to the copy in My Documents. It goes rather fast. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "Alias" wrote in message ... Can a .wab from one XP account be imported to another XP account? Copy/paste of the contacts can work but for most reliable results, importing
is the recommended procedure. For more info about the Windows Address Book, see this link: http://www.insideoe.com/files/wab.htm -- Jim Pickering, MVP, Outlook Express https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/pr...8-1171988A62D6 Please deliver feedback to the newsgroup, so that others can be helped.
