Unable to Send Receipt
When a receipt is requested, Outlook Express gives the error message "unable
to send receipt" and the OK button. Does not give a reason why. However, it is only giving this message when the receipt is requested by one company so I suspect it is most likely to do with the sender. Any ideas of what we could check please. |
Unable to Send Receipt
It sounds like a digitally signed message and you do not have a digital
certificate. Write to the particular correspondent and ask them not to send you digitally signed messages. -- Jim Pickering, MVP, Outlook Express https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/pr...8-1171988A62D6 Please deliver feedback to the newsgroup, so that others can be helped.
