I need help setting up e-mail
 

I guess my e-mail that I had on here is under an old e-mail address that I do not remember the password to. Can someone give me a list of instructions of how I can put another e-mail address on here so I can sign on and use outlook? :-) Thanks

You have to coordinate your user name and your password with your ISP.
Contact them and they can either give you your old password or let you assign a new password.

Without knowing your ISP, we cannot even guess at what the settings should be.

Also, please post to news groups in plain text.

this software has a virus/trojan , which scans the computer and steals
password, dont know if it sends to someone.

What gives you that idea?
Many security programs will flag the program because it reads passwords, but
the program is benign.
