cant download

When i try to set up newsgroup it keeps telling me to logon but it won't let
me what am i doing wrong.

Hi DStreetman,

We might be able to help if you'd provide some details. What news server are
you trying to use? Is there an error message that might give a clue? Have
you followed directions provided and made certain the user name and password
are correct?
