Microsoft Outlook email

I cannot sent or receive messages. My Server: SMTP.aol.com. errors: No
Socket Error 10060,
Error Number: 0x800CCC0E. (What is Port 25, if my Port for IMAP is 119).
Could help to solve this problem?

Although some SMTP mail servers use port 25, it is the wrong port for
AOL's SMTP.

119 is also the wrong port for IMAP. 119 is for a news server. IMAP
uses 143.
