Sorry I was gone for a few day's. In answer to your question My ISP is
charter.net. Have tried twice with them & they say it is a MSFT problem. Also called Dell & they wanted $125.00 to fix because my three warranty was up in Jan. To me it was not worth it. I did log on to my email account from a public library while on vacation .

![]() "boprl" wrote in message ... Sorry I was gone for a few day's. In answer to your question My ISP is charter.net. Have tried twice with them & they say it is a MSFT problem. Also called Dell & they wanted $125.00 to fix because my three warranty was up in Jan. To me it was not worth it. "PA Bear [MS MVP]" wrote: It is not a "msft" problem. Because you didn't have the complete message, we can't tell what server you were attempting to send via. Once possible cause is trying to use the wrong SMTP mail server.
