Does Outlook do newsgroupsthese days? OE will be supported as long as the Windows version in which it's running is supported (e.g., WinXP SP3 will be supported until 2014). This means that security-related updates for OE will be available but not improvements or new functionality will be introduced. OE was replaced as default Mail Client in Vista with an application called Windows Mail. (See my previous reply. All further development for Windows Mail was halted while Vista was still in beta. Go figure.) OK, thanks man! No good news, but knowing about the matter at all is a good thing anyway. -Andreas |
