What happens when you try to send?

Any error message?

Who is your ISP?

Did you pay last months bill?

Check to be sure your account settings are correct. Call your ISP if need
be.

Windows version? OE version?

Does a copy of your message show up in Sent Items folder (assuming you have
that option enabled)?

Does the message being sent to you appear in the inbox of your account's
webmail page?
