I have a user who has Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6, OE 6 and MS Office
2007, with Outlook 2007 She has Outlook 2007 selected as her default email client. However, when she is using Internet Explorer, and does FileSendPage by email, an Outlook Express message window opens. How can we ensure that an Outlook 2007 message window will open when she does this? Thanks, Jim |

Frank:
I checked her settings for the file type URL: MailTo Protocol, and it already points to Outlook. The only funny-bunny is that she has two indentical entries called URL: MailTo Protocol, and they both point to Outlook. Any other ideas? Select 'open' and click Edit. Make sure Application points to Outlook. When I do the above setup for MailTo, when I click on a reply to email address or try to send a link, Outlook opens continuously where over 50 instances initiate and it is rough to stop them continuously opening. I selected the Run option with the Outlook program to be set up under the Advanced selection. |

If this question refers only to Outlook, please remove the two Outlook

Sinner:
That tab correctly sez Microsoft Office Outlook for the email client. Jim "Jim Cooke" wrote in message ... I'm sure I did, but I could check again Jim "Sinner" wrote in message ...
