I have this site that I often visit that opens to a form and I need to
input
First name---------------tab
Second name--------------tab
etc
etc
before I can enter my new information.
Is there a way to set up these reoccurring entries using word "or
anything"
Thank you
shakey

Reply 1: Your browser probably has such settings.
My browser collects information that I put into web forms so that I am
prompted with it the next time I start typing in a web form

I like that. What browser is it please?

Internet Explorer, for one.

Can someone here give me a hint on how to do it since MVP says it can be
done by IE and I use IE6 outlook express.

Thank you

I do know of autocomplete but was looking for a more encompassing method.

There is no way to set up IE to populate the forms as you describe.

You can turn on inline autocomplete (Tools | Internet Options | Advanced)
and then when you begin to type the field, it will fill in with previously
entered values, but you cannot prepopulate the form easily.

right click the form field and get the field names
change the shortcut you use to access the page to
http://www.whateverurltheformison/?f...&field3=value3
untill you reach the end of the fields and values you want populated
may not work on secured forms that purposely blank the field values

Siber Systems has a program called AI Roboform that does this and more. Only
$29.95, too...an excellent bargain:
