Microsoft Outlook email - Listen Gain....

Internet explorer seems happy enough.... But everytime I try and listen to
Radio 4, that window hangs... I have sent an error report and I am advised
that it may be due to add ons or spyware etc... I have turned off all add ons
and have CA antivirus suite running ok.
Any Suggestions anyone?

Have you asked in the Internet Explorer newsgroup? This is Outlook Express.
