I opened a word doc on the 1st email now and when I tried to open a JPEG attachment on the 2nd email it OE crashed giving the above message asking whether I want to send the report to microsoft, which I have done a number of times. Yes, I was able to fix the same problem based on a previous e-mail sent by a
discussion participant. I went into my Norton Security and disabled: "Scanning for Microsoft Office Documents / Real Time Protection / General Settings / How to Keep MS Office Documents Protected / Turn On Scanning for MS Office Documents (requires MS Office 2000 or later).
