Microsoft Outlook email

Hi can anyone help me - recently my old hard disk failed and I had to replace
it with a new one - when I did I also bought an external hard drive reader
(USB)
so I still have access to all my old files.
Can anyone tell me where outlook express keeps all my email data and will it
be as easy as finding the folders and copying all the files into my new ones
to restore all the messages and folders into the new?
