i want to change the default language but..
 

ive accidently downloaded outlook express in english and i wanted to change
it to japanese. so, i look down at options and try to change the language,
but! everything in symbols? (e.g. ??????(windows))
i have no idea what to do...
and also, i was trying to import my messages
(as i reinstalled by entire computer)
but, even if it says 'congratulation', the messages wouldnt appear!
why is this happening?

i want to change the default language but..

Which OS are you using?? From where did you download Outlook Express from . Your OS is in which language

Are you running an English-language version of Windows or a
Japanese-language version of Windows?

Did you download Windows Live Mail, not Outlook Express, by chance?
