I note occasionally I get an email from someone, that is signed by their
actual signature. I tried to set this up, but have not been successful.
Does someone have instructions?

Hi Happy,

I know a (computer) help group where people would be glad to assist with the
project. It is on a private server (with no charge for access). The owner of
the news server does not feel it appropriate to post a link to it here. Feel
free to send me an e-mail for the link.

Take out a piece of paper. Sign it. Scan it and save it as a .jpg. Make
your sig using an HTML editor like front page and insert the scanned
..jpg in the appropriate place. Save it to disk. Go to
Tools/Options/Signatures/New/Name the sig/File/Browse and browse to the
..html file you just created. Hit apply.

I have several signatures, customized to my liking through that website. Its pretty neat, as if you hand wrote it yourself - also, a recommendation would be not to submit your real style signature though - for obvious reasons.

Thank you

HTML
BODY
IMG src="file://c:\myimages\myimage.jpg"
/BODY
/HTML

Copy and paste the code into Notepad.
Locate the gif file that you want to use and replace c:\myimages\myimage.jpg
with your jpg file location.
Save As "my signature.html" Include the quotes.

You can create more than one signature, so you can have a text signature and
a jpg signature.
