In this transmission I'm using WLM rather than OE6.

This message comes through to me with Chinese in the Subject Line, when
OPENED.

When I view it in the message list, UNOPENED, the Subject Column is
ALSO in Chinese.

When I turn your message around and send my reply back to the group, the
Subject Line is ALSO in CHINESE.

Success...

So OE6 just can't seem to cut it on this bilingual task.

Whereas WLM Ver. 14 can.

Your subject line is still gibberish to me. You have to UN-check " When
replying to message always use English headers "
Tools Options Send International Settings ........
