Default Go Daddy

I am trying to set up my Outlook Express to send and receive mail from my Go
Daddy acct.
I can receive mail no problem. I cannot send mail. This also happened in
Outlook.
My secretary is using OE and I did the set up on it and had no issues.
1 thing I notice is that when I go to the Server tab and choose the Settings
button on the bottom that when I choose "Use the Same as the Incoming
Server" it will not stay checked. It always fills in the box underneath
with my login info completed. On my secretaries computer this does not
happen.
I am using XP Pro SP2 and she is using XP Home SP3.
This is the only real difference in our systems.
Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue. I've spoken to Go Daddy and
they assure me that I have my settings correct.
Thank you
Ron

Post the complete (verbatim) error message you get when you attempt to Send.

One or more options/settings in an ever-growing number of third-party
applications may be disallowing the change from "sticking". These include
but are not limited to Ad-aware Pro's Ad-Watch, Spybot Tea Timer,
SpywareBlaster, SpySweeper, Spyware Doctor, CounterSpy, Norton AntiVirus,
McAfee VirusScan and/or Antispyware, NOD32, many other anti-virus
applications, and Zone Alarm (Free, Pro, & Security Suite).
