Is there a way in Outlook express that I can show an alias name and not my
real name ) when I send an email or do I have to go through
my ISP provider to change it ?

All aliases have to be setup with the ISP before they are added to OE.

I think you must have missed it when Steve Cochran put the answer up as
Tools/Accounts/Mail/Properties. Change your User information.
