Default creating new emails problem

My mother is having a problem when creating new emails the email goes
directly minimized to the taskbar... she can't left click it to open it only
right click and choose maximize. This also happens when forwarding email.
I haven't had this problem before does anyone know how to fix it and how to
avoid this happening again. She is running XP with Outlook Express 6
Thanks
Deb

Default creating new emails problem

Right click on the minimized window on the Taskbar and select Move. Now use
the arrow keys to get it in the screen. Close all other windows except this
one and use the cursor to drag the message to full screen size. File | Exit,
and Windows will remember the size when you open it again.
