help please

People normally won't respond to a subject such as "help please". They want
to know the subject of the post. It's already understood that people ask for
help here.

It's also possible someone doesn't have the answser to your question,
chooses not to answer it, or just hasn't done it yet.

help please

Be patient, Tom. We are all volunteers here and no one works for MS. I just
got home from fishing. Now I am here.

Please use Plain Text unless a point needs to be made using HTML. Thank you.

The Preview Pane does not show the date and time of a message. What area are
you referring to?

For the clock/time settings:

Go to Control Panel Regional and Language Options, and click the Customize
button next to the drop-down box. Go to the Time tab, and change the time
format to the display you desire.
