I have Word 2002 and 2007 installed and in use on this computer. Going back to the link and procedure to remove the csapi3t1.dll file, I followed the directions and when I tried to delete this item, I got yhe error message, "Error Deleting File or Folder Cannot delete csapi3t1.dll. Perhaps you have to log in as administrator? PA Bear gave that suggestion.
