Default Error WInfaxpro with Outlook 2003

Problem description Thank you for submitting an error report. The error was
likely caused by: Symantec WinFax Pro Solution Symantec WinFax Pro was
created by Symantec® Corporation. Symantec® Corporation informed Microsoft
that they have a solution available for the problem you reported. To learn
more about the solution, Symantec® Corporation recommends that you visit the
following website:

Is this a part of outlook 2003 cause I don't remember installing it or is
this the fax program with XP Pro. Did a system search and no Norton winfax
pro or even the file it asked for. Could a virus be using this or
something in a email. I haven't opened any attachments.

This is a new bug has been reported and that Microsoft is investigating. In
reality it appears to have nothing to do with Symantec or Fax.

Well, it has been over a month since this "new bug" was reported and
Microsoft has been "investigating." When can we expect a solution?
