Can someone please clarify? Thanks Can certainly be done with custom code. Can't be done with built-in tools, to my knowledge. Do you mean I need to use VBA by custom code? Thanks From: "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" There is one utility that might do it within outlook or you could export to excel and make the change there (using a VBA function) then import. http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/toolbox/ can do search and replace, but I don't know if it can change case. Thanks for the utility link. A quick search reveals it does not have the ability to change case. |

Whichever way is easier for you. It's literally just a matter of looping through your calendar and applying one function to each subject line. An Outlook coder can do this very quickly. Post a project on odesk.com and let someone deal with it. ![]() I would still hate to see things in all caps. -- Leonid S.
